3D rendering · Vancouver
3D rendering services in Vancouver for developers, architects and builders
We produce architectural renderings, 3D animation and virtual tours for projects across Metro Vancouver: presale condominiums and towers near SkyTrain, multiplexes and laneway houses on single-family lots, West Coast homes in North Vancouver and West Vancouver, and mixed-use buildings in Burnaby, Surrey and Richmond.
Render Fabrik works for Vancouver clients fully remotely, with quotes in US dollars. Our studio is 4 to 5 hours ahead of Pacific time, so files sent in your afternoon usually come back as previews the next morning.

Where we work in Vancouver
Downtown and the West End
Residential towers and boutique buildings where the views of the water and the mountains sell the suites.

Towers and mixed-use around SkyTrain stations and town centres, with podium retail and large amenity spaces.
Vancouver neighbourhoods
Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, East Van and Kerrisdale: multiplexes, townhomes, laneway houses and small apartment buildings.
North Shore
North Vancouver and West Vancouver: custom homes on slopes, with the terrain, the forest and the view as part of the design.
Renderings for presales and new housing in Vancouver
In Metro Vancouver many projects are sold as presales, on images and a display suite, long before completion. Buyers look for the view, the light and the quality of finishes, so the renderings have to be precise: the right floor, the right orientation and the real backdrop of water and mountains.
New housing on single-family lots, such as multiplexes and laneway houses, needs a different kind of image: one that shows the scale of the building next to its neighbours and the trees, so the project is easy to understand and to approve.
How to choose a 3D rendering company in Vancouver
Look for portfolios that handle the West Coast well: overcast and rain light, wood and glass that look real, and landscapes with local vegetation. Ask for several images of the same project to judge consistency.
Ask for a fixed price, a schedule with previews and revision rounds, and usage rights for the presale campaign. We send all of it within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a 3D rendering take for a project in Vancouver?
First previews in about 3 business days after we receive drawings and references; final images in 5 to 10 business days per scene. For launches with a fixed date we deliver in stages you can review as we go.
Do you work remotely? Do we need to meet?
No meeting is needed. The whole process is online: we receive the project in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, DWG or PDF, agree on camera angles by video call or email, and send previews before the final render. We work for clients in Vancouver on US hours.
How do quotes and payment work?
Quotes and invoices are in US dollars. You get a fixed quote within 24 hours; the usual terms are 50% to start and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer.
Can we use the images for marketing, leasing and listings?
Yes. We deliver high resolution files (up to 8K) for print, signage and brochures, plus web versions for listings, social media and ads. Usage rights for your marketing are included.
Can you show a multiplex on a real single-family street?
Yes. We place the new building in photos or a model of the real street, next to the existing houses, so neighbours, buyers and reviewers see the real scale and how it fits the block.
