Architectural visualisation and 3D rendering services in London
We produce CGIs, 3D animation and virtual tours for projects across London and the UK: residential schemes and build to rent, refurbishments of period buildings, extensions and mews houses, office refurbishments and retail on the high street.
Render Fabrik works for UK architects and developers fully remotely. Our studio is 3 to 4 hours behind UK time, so your afternoon is our morning: drawings sent at lunchtime are in progress the same day, and changes requested at the end of your day are often ready the next morning.

CGIs for planning, funding and marketing in London
A London scheme usually needs images at several stages: for the planning application and the neighbours, for funders and investors, and later for sales or lettings. Each stage asks something different of the same building, from how it meets the street to how a show flat feels on a winter afternoon.
We build every view from the scheme's drawings and photos of the site, keep the context accurate, with the real neighbours and street, and reuse the same model through every stage, so the images stay consistent from planning to marketing.
How to choose an architectural visualisation studio
Look for believable UK light: soft, often overcast, never the flat blue sky of a stock image. Check that brick, stone and glazing look real up close, and that people and trees are at the right scale.
Ask for a fixed price, a schedule with previews and revision rounds, and usage rights for planning, marketing and lettings. We send all of it within 24 hours; quotes are in US dollars.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a 3D rendering take for a project in London?
First previews in about 3 business days after we receive drawings and references; final images in 5 to 10 business days per scene. For launches with a fixed date we deliver in stages you can review as we go.
Do you work remotely? Do we need to meet?
No meeting is needed. The whole process is online: we receive the project in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, DWG or PDF, agree on camera angles by video call or email, and send previews before the final render. We work for clients in London on UK hours (we are 3 to 4 hours behind).
How do quotes and payment work?
Quotes and invoices are in US dollars. You get a fixed quote within 24 hours; the usual terms are 50% to start and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer.
Can we use the images for marketing, leasing and listings?
Yes. We deliver high resolution files (up to 8K) for print, signage and brochures, plus web versions for listings, social media and ads. Usage rights for your marketing are included.
Can you produce views for a planning application?
Yes, illustrative views of the scheme in its real context, built from site photos and your drawings. Where the planning authority asks for verified views, we work from the camera positions and survey data supplied by your surveyor.
