Stage 01
The launch plan
We study the project and list the pieces your launch needs, in the order they will be used.

Stage 02
A floor plan buyers understand
We render the plan of each unit type with furniture, flooring and colour, plus the amenity floor, so buyers understand the apartment without an agent explaining it.

Stage 03
The building before it is built
We model the building from the project and create the facade, the street views and the furnished apartments with the specified finishes.

- Website, listing portals, sales gallery, ads and price list.

Stage 04
The amenities, space by space
Each common area gets its own image in the language of the facade: at Liv Green, timber and greenery from the gym to the kids' playroom.

Stage 05
The building in motion
From the 3D model or the approved images, we create the animation and the commercial video, with on-screen copy, voice-over and soundtrack.
