YOUR PROJECT WORKFLOW

At Render Fabrik, we go through the following work process in order to achieve the best possible result. Always seeking proximity to the client, through a reciprocal relationship, so that the final image is as close as possible to how it was imagined.

1 - Info and Budget

As a basis for a project, we need at least a floor plan in .dwg format and a brief description of it. It is also convenient to have elevations and sections.

We will then send you the quote for approval and subsequent payment of 50% to start the work

2 - 3D Modelling

Once we have finished studying your project, we will proceed with 3D modeling , starting with the general and ending with the detail; from walls and floors to create spaces, to furniture. decoration and vegetation to create environments.

3 - Texturing and Lighting

Although we put a lot of effort into modeling details, lighting and texturing is the part of the process that needs the most dedication .

After defining the views , we focus on establishing natural and artificial lighting; We started applying textures to each element , and we also finished modeling some extra details to add realism to the scene.

Here we need a clear description from the client regarding the project materials and finishes, as well as furniture, carpentry, etc., although there is always a certain margin for improvisation, and our contribution of creativity.

4 - Sending Tests for Feedback

At this time, we send you a preview of the images in low resolution , so that you can make some comments and notes, and thus be able to make the necessary changes.

We send via email or Whatsapp - whichever is most convenient.

These changes are understood as: replacement of furniture, materials used, or changes that do not substantially modify the project.

5 - Final Rendering and Post-Production

Once the test images are approved, we will render them in high resolution and then move on to the post-production process of the details in Photoshop and similar software.

6 - Final Payment and Delivery

After delivery of the final files, the remaining 50% must be paid.

Graduated from the University of Fortaleza, architect Amanda has 7 years of experience in large companies inside and outside the country, covering all phases of architectural design in her career. She currently addresses the area of image visualization, ArchiViz, in which she has specialized for over 2 years.

He already has projects carried out in the United States, Portugal, England, India, among others. Always perfecting your method with each success achieved.

The team works with different software to make ultrarealism happen, some of them are SketchUp, V-ray and Photoshop.
